Hi there!

I was wondering how I can make an appointment to register our marriage in the central civil registry in madrid? I am trying to log in through this portal: https://www-s.munimadrid.es/CitaNet/Principal.do but there doesn't seem to be any option there for marriage registration.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you want to register your marriage is because it has been yet celebrated. A different case is that you are looking for a date to celebrate your wedding in Madrid.

The link you put up here is to set the date of weddings, but it's supposed that yours has already been celebrated.

So, you have to go to the Civil Register office of the city where you live, and you introduce documents there.
That office will send them to the competent office to register the marriage.

In Madrid there are two differents Civil Register offices:
- First one, where facts that happen in the city of Madrid are registered
- Second one, where facts that happen any place over the world are registered

So, which one of these facts picks up your case?
